OLA students gather to pray the Rosary.
On Monday, 13th October, the students of Our Lady of the Rosary celebrated Rosary Day.
All the school children, staff and some parents gathered in the shape of Rosary beads and prayed the Glorious Mysteries together. Each child received their own set of Rosary beads which were blessed by Fr Joby.
Our thanks go to Mr Baker for organising this day and to Fr Joby for leading us in prayer together. Remember to pray each day to God and Blessed Mary our Mother, in particular the Rosary, for your special intentions and God will provide.

On Friday, we gathered for our Opening School Mass to welcome the new school year and embrace our Kindergarten students and their families. During the celebration, our new school leaders were officially commissioned, with their families proudly presenting them with their badges. What a beautiful first day for our Kindergarten children! There were big smiles, a few happy‑sad tears from mums and dads, and even a camera crew capturing the excitement. Our newest OLA family members settled into Kindergarten so well today, exploring their classrooms, meeting new friends, and beginning their OLA journey with confidence and joy. It was a wonderful start to a very special year for them!
