OLA students gather to pray the Rosary.
On Monday, 13th October, the students of Our Lady of the Rosary celebrated Rosary Day.
All the school children, staff and some parents gathered in the shape of Rosary beads and prayed the Glorious Mysteries together. Each child received their own set of Rosary beads which were blessed by Fr Joby.
Our thanks go to Mr Baker for organising this day and to Fr Joby for leading us in prayer together. Remember to pray each day to God and Blessed Mary our Mother, in particular the Rosary, for your special intentions and God will provide.

Today, our Year 5 students led a moving Remembrance Day liturgy, honouring the courage and sacrifice of those who have served our country in times of war and peace. With reverence, they guided our school community through prayer, reflection, and remembrance- reminding us all of the importance of peace, gratitude, and unity. “At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.” Lest we forget.
