OLA student, Paige Cunneen, with her trophies and powerboat.
Year 6 student, Paige Cunneen, has only had a short career in Powerboat Racing but has already proven to be a great talent.
Having been competing only since the beginning of this year, Paige recently competed in the final round of the 2014-2015 series which was held at Port Macquarie and came away from the round with a first place trophy and sponsorship for the 2015-2016 season.
She also placed 3rd in the NSW State Championship. Paige is now preparing to compete in the 2015-2016 Australian Formula Powerboat Grand Prix.
Well done Paige! OLA is proud of you!!

As part of their Geography unit, Year 2 went on a walking excursion on Friday to explore the places around them! They visited Rouse Hill Town Centre and identified a range of natural and built features in their local environment. This was a great way to bring learning to life! Thank you to the Year 2 teachers for organising this excursion, and to all of the wonderful parent helpers who joined us!
