Year 6 student, Paige Cunneen, has only had a short career in Powerboat Racing but has already proven to be a great talent.
Having been competing only since the beginning of this year, Paige recently competed in the final round of the 2014-2015 series which was held at Port Macquarie and came away from the round with a first place trophy and sponsorship for the 2015-2016 season.
She also placed 3rd in the NSW State Championship. Paige is now preparing to compete in the 2015-2016 Australian Formula Powerboat Grand Prix.

Among 168 teams from over 30 schools, our players showed amazing skill, determination and outstanding sportsmanship- a true credit to OLA. A huge thank you to our wonderful parent coaches and supporters, the Marian Catholic College Kenthurst umpires, and our teachers, Mrs Batten, Miss Digwood, Mrs Hodgess and Mrs Vella, for guiding, encouraging and cheering on our teams throughout the day. Well done OLA!

Year 5 are home from Teen Ranch after a wonderful few days of making memories together. A huge thank you to Miss Grima, Mrs Grunsell, Mrs Murray, Mr Campbell and Mr Cauchi for looking after our students and giving up time away from their families. We hope everyone enjoys a good sleep tonight after such a big adventure!

Year 5 has had a fantastic day at camp today! The flying fox, ropes course, laser tag, and the giant swing kept everyone smiling from ear to ear. They enjoyed yummy food and fun around the campfire tonight. Hopefully everyone gets a good sleep, ready for another great day of adventure tomorrow!

Year 5 headed off on their overnight excursion this morning with big smiles and even bigger excitement. Bags were packed, and the buzz of happy chatter filled the air as they climbed onto the bus. They’re ready for two days of teamwork, challenges, outdoor fun, and making memories together. We hope they have a wonderful time and can’t wait to hear all their stories when they return!
